User of TV since version 5. Supporting clients and family. Not for the casual user, or someone looking to help their long distance parents install new software. This is serious software, and for what "I" use it for, worth the cost. Technically very reliable, solid. Not keen on the 'new' UI, prefer the classic, but that's probably just due to my having used the classic UI for so long. The differentiator for me is ability of UNATTENDED access, and nearly zero configuration. No port forwarding, network fiddling. Can even install unattended. Until you have gone through the experience of trying to get a novice to install remote access on their end, by phone or even Facetime, you don't realize the value of paying for unattended access and install. Tired of the 'but its not free' complaints, those who feel they are entitled to free use of everything. When I divide the yearly cost by the number of people I connect with (unlimited), the time I'm online with them, MY time SAVED by not having to walk them through tasks, it is invaluable. If you want 'free' and don't mind network configuration, there are other options.

Successfully buried in their website remains their free, non-commercial use of TeamViewer. @Graphic-Mac has posted the free version page link twice below. "Remotely assist friends and family with IT problems and access your personal devices from anywhere." Every other use of the app requires a yearly subscription, the cost of which depends upon the user's needs. In every case, there's a 30-day trial available. - -> As usual, I don't recommend casually installing TeamViewer. It bombards macOS systems with a wide variety of bits and pieces, making it incredibly difficult to fully uninstall, as if macOS was Windows. No thanks. 😛

In my opinion, calling this application "absolutely free" when it costs at least $300 annually is nothing but lousy bull****.
